A structured monthly baseball development program for youth players.

Why Most Players Don’t Improve — and How This Fixes It

Improvement comes from consistent quality practice, and most players don’t get enough of it during the week.

This program is built to solve that by giving players a clear structure to follow.

Each week, players follow a simple at-home training plan with drills and video demos, working on hitting fielding, and pitching. This, along with in-person sessions to coach, make adjustments, and build on those skills.

This combination helps players improve their fundamentals, build confidence, and see real progress over time.

At-Home Training System

This is where real improvement happens. Players follow a simple weekly plan, so they’re getting consistent, quality work between sessions. Each week, players receive a structured 4-day plan designed for consistent improvement.

  • Video Demonstrations

Each drill includes a short video showing exactly how to perform each drill.

  • Simple At-Home Drills

Drills are easy to do but focused, and can be done anywhere, with no need for a field.

  • Built for Consistency

A clear weekly plan keeps players consistent and helps them see real improvement over time.

In-Person Training Sessions

During sessions, players get coached, corrected, and challenged in real time. Training in small groups creates a more game-like environment, where players not only improve their skills but also learn to compete, focus, and perform under pressure.

Sessions are built directly into your player’s weekly training schedule and are held twice per month. Instead of adding extra workload, one of the weekly training days is replaced by their in-person session.

  • Small Group Training

Working in small groups allows for more reps while still getting individual attention.

  • Real-Time Coaching

Players are coached and corrected throughout each session to build better habits.

  •  Competitive Environment

Training with others increases focus, effort, enjoyment, and game-like intensity.

Player Progress Tracking

Players aren’t just training—they’re improving. Progress is tracked over time so parents can clearly see their player's development and understand exactly where they are getting better and where they still need to improve.

  • Skill-Based Tracking

Players are evaluated in hitting, fielding, and pitching for a clear view of development.

  •  Monthly Progress Reports

Reports are sent each month. They show current levels, what has improved, and the next focus area.

  • Visual Progress Proof

Video comparisons, taken during in-person sessions, help show real improvement over time.

What Players Actually Gain

• More confidence in the field
• A clear plan every week — no guessing
• Consistent reps that lead to real improvement
• Better habits and routine outside of team practice
• Progress you can actually see month to month

 Where Most Training Falls Short

• Random drills with no real structure
• No plan outside of weekly sessions
• Little to no accountability
• No clear way to track improvement
• Players forget what they worked on from session to session
• Progress depends too much on team practice alone

Weekly check-ins and coach feedback keep players consistent and improving

Meet Your Coach

My name is David Butler. I’ve played baseball for nearly 20 years, including 5 years in college and 3 years at the Division 1 level. I’ve been coaching youth athletes throughout that time with a focus on helping players improve while still having fun.

This program is built on what actually helps players improve — strong fundamentals, confidence, consistency, and real game performance.
